My best friend and I take a weekend spa break once per year. This was the BEST by far. We have decided to always come here from now on. Great food, wonderful service, terrific spa. Worth every penny!
Nothing!

The dining room was very elegant. The tables were laid with beautifully laundered white tablecloths and the China was most attractive, a modern version of a traditional style. The room opened out onto the terrace. Table service was also a plus.
There was nothing to dislike.

We would have enjoyed some quiet classical music in the dining room.

Liked this really good stay on Friday night. The best hip new hotel I've stayed in before. The staff was very amiable, the room was great quality and beautifully maintained with a bottle of fizz. Central location was a plus. There was a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby.

This stay was delightful due to the stunning spa facilities, particularly the indoor/outdoor pool and tropical rain shower. The gardens provided a lovely stroll after enjoying our spa treatments. Staff were attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.

The spa was excellent, especially the indoor/outdoor pool. Perfect for all weathers. Beds very comfortable.
The breakfast was disappointing and the deluxe rooms were on the small side.

A very relaxing and quiet stay. I used the swimming pool twice a day - lovely. Gardens beautiful.
Difficult to find anything adverse to say - the only gripe was in a lovely luxurious spa it needs a spin machine to dry off the wet bathing kit. Breakfast finished rather early - for anyone wanting a swim before breakfast it is all a rush and a short swim.

The Sussex Room was cozy and very charming, with a nice, quiet atmosphere. Everything felt really clean, a big plus. The bed was super comfy. The design had a lovely historical feel to it too. No complaints about the space itself.

The Spa and the Location Breakfast
Hotel rooms need an upgrade. At £265 per night, you're clearly paying a premium for the spa, but the rooms are dated and shabby (ours was anyway - Thomas)
